Cuisinart: Everything You Seek To Know

What is it that makes people love the Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Stainless Cookware Set? Read on, and you will find some answers.

When you spend hours in the kitchen, you want to enjoy it. Whether you are cooking for your family and friends, or if are a chef and cooking is what you do, or if cooking is just your hobby, you need the right utensils to enjoy it. If your pans are difficult to clean, or if they are heavy and not comfortable to use, or if they are not well balanced and they easily tip and get everything spilled, well - that can ruin your day. You want your cooking to be a dance, not a struggle.

Put yourself in this position. You are manufacturing a kitchen product that has become so popular that during the Christmas rush sales season one year the demand is so strong that you can't produce enough product to fill orders. What would you do?

The problem with that idea is that the American market is very impatient and will probably move on to another brand before you can get the product produced. Might work but you will loose thousands of sales you may never recover. How can you possibly save the sales for this season? First let's take a quick look at how this company got into this dilemma in the first place.

Once upon a time not so long ago there was a very industrious gentleman who was in the food business and had the idea of selling more expensive products than food stuffs. He was impressed with the results the machine produced but did not think that the bulky machine would sell in the home market. Thinking about it now he made arrangements to purchase the rights to produce a smaller version of the commercial machine. The lids fit are interchangeable, which can save you time when you are in the middle of cooking 3 different dishes and have to look for the lid of one pan after you poured the stew from the other and the kitchen is in a state of mess: You can grab the first lid you find and that's it. The different utensils also fit when putting them away on the shelf or in the kitchen cabinet.

When his new machine did not receive an enthusiastic response he decided to send some of the machines free to well known cooking personalities who quickly took to the machine and sang it's praises. This master stroke of marketing caused the general public to decide that they had to have one of these processors. These were not inexpensive for the time, 1970. They also had a high ticket price compared to other machines of the time. But this did not stop the demand. He started having trouble keeping up with demand.
