Tips To Follow When Planning A Wedding Reception
Weddings held during the spring are some of the most enchanting of all. There is a certain kind of magic that only occurs during the spring and it seems to have an effect on everyone. You can decorate for a wedding reception in gorgeous colors and fresh flowers during the spring. The weather is perfect for the space of the outdoors needed for guests. What are your plans for a spring time reception?
If the wedding is going to have a very large guest list, your best bet is to have a caterer take care of the food needed for the reception. When the reception is going to be just a few close friends and family, then you may want to cook everything you need, including the cake. All you will need is the support of the closest family members there and a kitchenaid hand mixer for whipping up the batter.
One important aspect about a wedding reception is photographs. Everyone wants perfect pictures of their wedding day. If you do not want to hire a professional, you can take photos that are top quality with a canon digital slr camera. Using this camera means that everyone attending the reception can have a disc made and copies of the photos through the technology of digital cameras and computers.
Have you given thought to the kind of wedding gift you are going to give the bride and groom? Many people are perplexed by this question because no matter what they choose, it seems that a few other guests have always chosen the same thing. One item that you most likely will not see two of is a small flat screen custom lcd television set. Many couple start out with an old set they had at home with mom or dad. A newer and more modern set would be the perfect idea for a wedding gift.
If there are children involved in the wedding, you should think of gifts for them as well. It is a little way to let them know that you are thankful for their participation and well behavior while doing so. One great idea is to get a game set, like badminton. Set it up away from the crowd of the reception so the kids will have their own kind of party going on. Choose smaller, individual gifts for each child to take home with them.
Every wedding has a moment that is either spectacular or grossly embarrassing. It seems it could happen to anyone that is in attendance. Keeping this in mind, try to pass on the feeling of being happy and relaxed at every wedding you attend.
Keep a smile on your face for everyone and try to maintain your nerves. Pass on this cheer to everyone else as well.

Frequently Asked Questions...
My slow cooker:Can I use a crock stoneware from one brand into another brand?
I have a Kitchenaid slow cooker that held 7 quarts which costs me $150 and someone accidentally dropped and broke the crock that goes in it. The replacement crock will cost me from $45 to $89. The thing is that I can buy a new slow cooker for that price, but not one with all the capabilities that my current one has like being digital. I found the original Crock Pot slow cooker for cheap and it it also the same size. I want to know if I can use the crock liner from the new one and put it in my old one since it is the same shape and size, just not the same brand? (Also for those who say let my friend buy me a replacement, I won't ask her to do that as I know she can't afford it) Thank You for your replies in advance!
Answer:
I think the only concern would be is it the same thickness..I have one from 1979 and one from 2008..my newer one is much thicker..Maybe measure the old one and then go to the store and measure one like yours (that broke) if possible and see. or are you willing to risk breaking the old one if it cooks in the new cooker and it gets to hot and breaks also..If it were me.,.I would risk it..,For that amount of money it's worth the risk..also look at garage sales for a new crock. I have seem them for sale lots of times.
